I have won a 25 dollar gift card and I can’t get any stores to give me my winning card so I have played this game for years and I am disappointed that I can’t get this card and I can’t get incontate with any one to help me to get this card I have never won anything so I am excited about it but I would love to have it
I consider Tim Hortons a complete joke, from their store employees, to the quality of their food, to the ignorance of their corporate. This company is a piece of shit that’s going to end up with personal retaliation at time I mentally snap.

I’ve roled about 30 times in 1 week and has resulted in 1 donut and some virtual points almost worth nothing. All these stupid discount cards you are giving out I have thrown out for the last 2 years. They are useless and mean nothing to almost anyone. Why are you bothering to even do this contest anymore? Makes you guys look even more like a bunch of cheap assholes.

Roll up to win has gone to total crap since it went to the app only. I won a skull Candy voucher, on the last roll up contest, and was told I would get a email with instructions on how to use the voucher. The email never came and when I contacted customer service they just said keep checking your email (spam folder checked also) but I never did get an email, so much for customer service. You should go back to using the cups for the roll up!!

I too cannot log on; says I have tried too many times even though it has only been once. Made 2 purchases of coffee & pastries yesterday & did not receive any rewards at all. Very disappointed in the whole thing. I feel like I have been prejudiced against because I don’t have the app. You have cut out a whole group of people by the fact that we don’t have smart phones & thus cannot access the app.
Many seniors cannot or will not go to the trouble to obtain an account only to find out they can’t access it. I will be boycotting Tim’s .
