Now you can share a photo of your special rescue dog and enter the People.com World’s Cutest Rescue Dog giveaway for a chance to win year’s supply of Pedigree dog food, a custom photoshoot, and a $1,000 donation to a pet rescue organization.

People.com Magazine (Meredith Corporation) is giving away ONE Grand Prize and TWO Runner-UP Prizes.
The Grand Prize consists of a one year supply of PEDIGREE dog food awarded in the form of twelve coupons, each good for one bag of PEDIGREE brand dog food worth up to $30 each and the opportunity to participate in a photo shoot with Grand Prize winner’s rescue pet featured in the Entry, for an upcoming issue of PEOPLE magazine.
The Grand Prize value is $360. The Two Runner-Up Prizes, each consists of a PEDIGREE gift basket including a selection of PEDIGREE products worth $25 each. The total value of all prizes is $410.
The People’s World’s Cutest Rescue Dog Contest runs from July 08 through August 10, 2020.
The People Magazine editors will select 10 finalists.
Readers will narrow the pool to three, and then PEOPLE, the PEDIGREE brand and the contest’s celebrity judges will chose the grand prize winner.
The ten finalists will be judge based on the following criteria:
- 50% originality of story
- 30% Quality of photo/media provided and
- 20% Thoroughness of entry completion.
The ten entries with the highest total score will be deemed potential finalists and proceed to the voting phase.
All finalist Photos and Essays will be posted on www.people.com during the Public Voting Phase which will start on September 2 through September 14, 2020. Only one vote per person per day is allowed.
The finalist receiving the highest number of votes will be the Grand Prize winner.
The two finalists receiving the second highest number of votes will be the Runner-Up Prize winners. All winners will be notified via email and MUST respond within 5 days.
The People’s World’s Cutest Rescue Dog Contest is open to residents of the fifty United States, and the District of Columbia. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

- Follow the on screen instructions to complete the registration form; upload one photo of your rescue dog and a no more than one-hundred fifty word essay explaining your rescue story.
