The Thirteen Grand Prizes, each consists of Free groceries for a year which will be awarded in a form of a $5,200 Albertsons gift card. The total value of all Grand Prizes is $67,600.
The One hundred thirty Secondary Prizes, each consists of Free Lay’s for a Year awarded in the form of fifty-two coupons; each redeemable for one bag of LAY’S Potato Chips worth up to $3.79.
Each Secondary Prizevalue is $197.08.
The total value of all Secondary Prizes is $25,620.40.

You must be 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older in Nebraska) to participate.

- Purchase any bag of eligible LAY’S potato chip products (7.5 oz or larger.) or Lay’s Poppables potato snacks (5 oz.)
- Look for the Combined Code. A Combined Code consists of the bell-marker code located below the “guaranteed fresh” statement on the front of the bag and the UPC code on the back of the same bag.
- To obtain a Combined Code without making a purchase:
- On a 3″ x 5″ card, write your full name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, and email address
