Contest Dates
The Firehouselistens.com Survey & Free Drink Sweepstakes runs from January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.
The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the 6th day following each month of the Sweepstakes Period, will be notified via email and MUST respond within 3 days.
Entry Rules
The 2020 Firehouse Listens Customer Survey Sweepstakes is open to residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and Canada (excluding Quebec).
You must be 16 years of age or older to participate.
To participate in the Firehouse Listens Customer Survey Sweepstakes
- Make a food or drink purchase at Firehouse Sub restaurants and check your receipt for a feedback invitation. A special survey code is printed on the bottom (18-digit code) or the middle of the receipt. 920-digit code)
- Go to the www.firehouselistens.com website
- Follow the on-screen instructions to fill up all required information
- answer all questions to rate your restaurant experience
- and complete the contest form
After completion of your feedback you will receive a special survey completion code. Write the code on your Firehouse Subs receipt and redeem it on your next visit for a free medium drink (with purchase)
OR
- On a 3”x 5”card, hand-print your name, address, telephone number and age
