How to participate in the 2023 TellBostonPizza.com Survey
- Visit and purchase meals from any participating Boston Pizza restaurant in Canada and keep your receipt.
- Go to www.tellbostonpizza.com
- Before you can enter the survey, please fill out the boxes with the 15-digit survey code found under the barcode on your receipt, Store Number, Transaction Number, Server Name, Total amount spent and Date of visit. All these details can be found on your receipt.
- Select English or French, click submit
- Proceed and follow the instructions to fulfill the survey and complete the entry process.
- Then simply answer the questions provided and make sure to enter the Draw at the end of the survey.
- If you have problems finding the information, you can take a look at the image on the screen. Blue arrows are pointing to the correct locations.

The Boston Pizza Foundation dedicates their time to helping Canadian charities and causes. This organization supports the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundations, and the Kids Help Phone. However, Boston Pizza does not only support these three charities. Many local Boston Pizzas have supported charities. Some examples are the Alberta Cancer Foundations, Kidsability, Live Different, Movember, and the Youth Without Shelter Society. The Boston Pizza Foundation Invitational is the annual golf tournament fundraiser. As of 2013, the Boston Pizza Foundation Invitational has been around for two decades. This tournament raises money for children and families in need.

Ordered from the Mcdonald Ave. store in Ft. McMurray as we were having an appreciation lunch for 20 staff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Best $450.00 we ever spent. There was only one issue and that was the young girl working the take-out counter. She would speak so fast I had a hard time understanding her and had to ask her 4 separate times to slow down so I could understand what she was saying. She seemed miffed every time I asked, but hey, it’s not a race to spit it out for Pete’s sake.
Other than that, we will definitely be back.

My wife and I went to Boston Pizza yesterday in Sydney, Nova Scotia. As we were approaching the door, a young man came running out and opened the door for us and greeted us enthusiasticlly. When we were seated, our Server, Kaleigh greeted us, provided menus and told us the special of the day. She tnen took our orders for drinks and left us to peruse the menu. When she returned, she took our orders, my wife went for the Parmegean Shrimp and I had the Meteor Individual Pizza. After our lunch was served, Kaleigh returned to ensure we wee satisfied and that all was well. When we were finished, my wie still had half of her lunch left and Kaleigh asked if she would like a takeout container and she replied in the positive. At that point Kaleigh asked if she would like a bit of extra sauce for her leftovers as sometimes it gets a little dry when re-heated. My wife said yes and we both remarked that this was the first time a seerver asked that question because we frequent Boston Pizza quite regularly and my wife loves the Parmagean Shrimp and always takes some home with her. It was a great expereience and we will certainly return.

My wife and I went to Boston pizza tonight for her birthday. The spaggetti we had was very good, however I had a glass of Guinness beer and I noticed that it had not been poured properly. There is a specific way to pour Guinness. If you are going to sell it in your lounges you need to teach your bartenders the proper method. i would advise going on line and watching the video on how to pour a proper Guinness. If it is not done right it ruins the taste and can make it undrinkable

76 yrs old and have tough time with all these games on line.
We had Boston Pizza deliver our dinner to our Hotel while our vehicle broke down in
Thunder Bay, On.
The dinner was delicious, we both had the Jambalaya. We lucked out because it was theTuesday pasta special day. The pasta was loaded with shrimp and chicken and our choice of sauce, so I had Marinara sauce & my hubby chose Alfredo sauce. Both choices were excellent. There was enough food for 2 dinners each. Prices were excellent & delivery was quick.
Went to Boston Pizza today in Corner Brook, NL. Will not return; pizza arrived nice and hot but no plates were given to use and after ten minutes of trying to get the waitress attention in a almost empty restaurant we finally got some but then were out of drinks and could not get them refilled.
I am once again very disappointed that our pizza is delivered cold. We live literally across from your restaurant on Hwy 97 West Kelowna. It does not seem to matter what time of day we order or the day of the week we order the food is ALWAYS delivered cold. I cannot call the restaurant as they NEVER answer the phone. I don’t know why I keep thinking that “this time it will be different”. I hope that in the future I will remember this fact and order elsewhere.

Pizza was ordered ahead of time. Was good, however pretty cold.
Daughter brought me to Boston Pizza today.We had a great lunch,wine,apps and salad .Server was courteous and friendly.Covid protocal was followed.Made us to feel safe.Want to help the industry to survive during these trying times .THANK-YOU BOSTON PIZZA for your service and for doing a great JOB!
