The contest begins on November 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m. ET, and ends on November 16, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. ET. The random draw will take place on November 17, 2025, at 11:00 p.m. ET, and winners will be notified by email within 48 hours of the draw.

I tried to enter the SURVEY…it came up American only..I was told I could

This is the survey…I went to Wal mart…the service etc is dreadful …it is
a shopping nightmare…everything they had on display was “out of stock”
The girl had a big slurp cup and she was just lounging around….the supervisor
went to the back and brought out “out of stock” stickers and was putting them
everywhere
The girl with the Slurp drink told me that she bought her computer at STAPLES
AND the supervisor said “yep”
And I said “you guys…you just lost another sale”
I went to the Staples…in Prescott Ontario
Ray looked after me…no pressure,,,no upsale…just good advice…and he took
his time and he got the sale

Ai reçu une attention exceptionnelle et un service hors pair par deux jeunes spécialistes en informatique Alex et Hans. Après quelques explications sur le problème de la liseuse, ils ont trouvé la solution et réglé la réinitialisation et la mise à jour.

During the evening of July 18, 2019, I went to the Staples store on 8th St East, Saskatoon.
Upon entering the store, I was very promptly, cheerily greeted, in a very welcoming way, by a professionally attired young man. He was standing at his til station, looking toward the store entrance, as I came in.
Besides his very pleasent greeting, he kindly/genuinely asked how I was doing. This very welcoming entrance – into the Staples store, by this very fine employee – was SO REFRESHING, as it was so much above – the greeting one gets, when entering many other businesses, (sorry to say!).
This same young man (approx 18 years old, about 6′ tall), also – very promptly, pleasently, went and grabbed me a shopping cart – when part way through me shopping time, I had picked up more items, than I could conveniently carry.
When it was time to pay for the 8 different items I purchased (& multiples of some of them), he was again – pleasent, courteous, & professional – in every way! He was a great delight, to be of service to me, and other customers, that evening! 🙂
If I owned a business where I could use the abilities of this great worker – I’m certain, I would offer him a job (with a raise in pay, if neccessary:) to come work for me! 🙂
Since I DON’T operate a business needing him – I will simpy hope, Staples will keep this exceptional employee, and others you might have, simular to him — as he certainly is a GREAT ASSET TO YOUR BUSINESS 🙂 and a pleasure for the customers, that deal at Staples, 8th St.
Before leaving the store, I tried to be sure to get his name, so he could be remembered & recognized. I believe his name is Thenura (?)

I would like to say that your employee Inas at the kanata location was absolutely amazing in her professionalism, her communication skills, her ability to make people feel comfortable relating to making me feel at ease teaching me how to use the copy, computer, and all the other equipment!
