Contest Dates
The 2020-2021 Stapleslistens.ca Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes runs from February 1, 2019, through January 31, 2020.
The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing within 15 days after the end of each monthly period, will be notified and MUST be contacted by phone within 7 days.

The STAPLES® CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY 2021/2022 $500 MONTHLY SWEEPSTAKES is open to Canadian residents.
You must have reached the age of majority in your province of residence to participate.
How To enter the 2021 Stapleslistens.ca Customer Survey
There are two ways to participate in the Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes.
By making a purchase and following these five steps:
- Visit your local STAPLES Business Depot – Bureau en Gros within Canada and make a purchase to obtain a Code.(view the image above to see where to find your survey code) A purchase also includes services from the fax, copy and print centre.
- Once you have the code, go to www.stapleslistens.ca or copyprint.stapleslistens.ca survey
- Choose your preferred language
- Enter your 17 digit Survey Access Code as shown on the bottom of your Staples/Bureau En Gros receipt
- Proceed and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry process.
