The 2020 PharmaprixCustomer Care survey is back.

If you buy your prescriptions, pharmacy needs, beauty supplies, gifts and even basic grocery items at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will love this!

Starting this month let Shoppers Drug Mart know how they are doing and enter your store receipt number for a chance to win $1,000 gift cards or PC Optimum Points. Get all the information below.

Pharmaprix is giving away 24 prizes in total.

Each winner will get the choice to accept either

$1000.00 Pharmaprix gift card
OR One million (1,000,000) PC Optimum Points.

Each prize is valued at $1000.

The Pharmaprix Feedback contest starts on January 1, 2020, and closes December 31, 2020, at 11:59:59 PM (ET). There are 12 entry periods and a random draw will be held on the monthly draw dates as seen below.

There draw dates are as follows:

January 1, to January 31, 2020 – Draw date: February 11, 2020
February 1, to February 29, 2020 – Draw date: March 10, 2020
March 1, to March 31, 2020 – Draw date: April 9, 2020 at 10:00
April 1, to April 30, 2020 – Draw date: May 11, 2020
May 1, to May 31, 2020 – Draw date: June 10, 2020
June 1, to June 30, 2020 – Draw date: July 9, 2020
July 1, to July 31, 2020 – Draw date: August 11, 2020
August 1, to August 31, 2020 – Draw date: September 9, 2020
September 1, to September 30, 2020 – Draw date: October 8, 2020
October 1, to October 31, 2020 – Draw date: November 10, 2020
November 1, to November 30, 2020 – Draw date: December 9, 2020
December 1, to December 31, 2020 – Draw date: January 11, 2021

The Pharmaprix Customer Care contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority.

There are two ways to participate in the 2020 Pharmaprix Feeback survey:

Online at Pharmaprixsondage.com

Buy merchandise at Pharmapriz stores in Camada and keep your receipt (on the store receipt you will find a survey code)
Go to www.pharmaprixsondage.com and select your desired language (English, French or Chinese)
next, you will be asked to enter your 15-digit survey code
follow the online instructions to complete the survey
Click submit and you will be automatically entered for a chance to win the gift card prize of the month
PC members may enter their PC Optimum card number for a chance to win the PC Optimum grand prize.

There is also the option to take the Customer Care survey by calling the telephone number found on the Pharmapriz survey invitation

All survey contests must be entered within 7 days of your last store visit.

There is a limit of 2 store surveys per person per month.
