The Scorewithvelveeta.com Promotion runs from August 1 through December 1, 2020, and consists of two phases as described below:

The Score with Velveeta Promotion is open to residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia.

- Locate the UPC code on the pack and take a photo of your entire receipt.

- Enter your full name, email, mailing address, phone, age range, and complete the registration form
- Once registered, Log in to your account and follow the on-screen instructions to upload the image of your receipt and Play the Game.
- You will receive one Sweepstakes entry for each package of Velveeta Shells and Cheese and/or Velveeta Loaves purchased.
OR
- On a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, hand print your name, address, phone numbers, email address, and date of birth
