The Tim Hortons Collect And Win Contest is open to residents of Canada, who are thirteen years of age or older.

There are two ways to enter the CollectToWin.ca contest.

1. Buy a participating beverage at Tim Hortons and purchase a specially marked pack Upper Deck Card Pack of Tim Hortons Collector’s Series NHL Trading Cards  for $1.
2. or pay $1.99 CAD without the purchase of a beverage

How to participate in the Online Collect To Win Game:

2. and register with your name and address
3. next enter your Pin code. Each NHL collector’s pack has a unique, 6-digit PIN code inside. These PIN codes can be entered online for additional 3-card packs of digital NHL Hockey Cards. There are 3 Tim Hortons NHL Trading Cards in every collector’s pack and the more digital NHL Hockey Cards you collect, the more entries you will earn.

The contest goal is to collect digital NHL Hockey Cards and earn ballots for a chance to win exclusive prizes.
