The three prizes, each consists of either USD$500, CAD$500, £500, DKK 4000 or €500. (depending on the winner’s country of residence).
Plus every customer who enters will also receive a $5 off coupon. The coupon may be printed at the end of the survey and is valid on any purchase of $25 or more (next store visit)
Contest Dates
The TellRexall.ca Weekly Sweepstakes runs from January 01 through December 31, 2021.
The contest is divided into monthly entry periods.
The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing at the end of each week’s contest period, will be notified via email and MUST respond within 10 days.
Entry Rules
The Tell Rexall Customer Survey Weekly Sweepstakes is open to residents of fifty U.S., the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada. U.K., Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Honduras, and the Republic of Korea.
You must have reached the age of majority if you’re from U.S., Canada and Honduras, over 18 years of age in U.K., Ireland, Germany, Denmark and over 20 years of age in the Republic of Korea.
How to participate in the TellRexall.ca Weekly Sweepstakes
- Visit your local Rexall Pharmacy store and make a purchase to receive a survey response card.
- The survey code can be found on a cash register receipt (you may also receive an email-based invitation if you are signed up for Rexall newsletter)
- Next, go to the URL provided on your Invitation (www.tellrexall.ca) and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry process.
- Finally, complete the survey form and in case there is a draw, make sure to leave your name and address details to be entered.
Remember to write down the code at the end of the survey to get a $5 discount on your next visit.

Qualifying products for the TellRexall.ca Survey.
There are many products that qualify for the feedback contest and if you purchase items from any of the categories below, you will qualify to enter. The Rexall store carries health and wellness products as well as items in assorted other categories. This includes allergy relief, diabetes, digestive health, heart health, naturopathy & homeopathy, pain management, sun care, cosmetics, brushes, skincare, haircare, body & bath, nail care, jewellery & accessories, groceries, gluten-free items, and seasonal merchandise.
You shouldn’t have to register for a card to get the Senior’s discount, Some seniors don’t have access to computers. You should be glad they are out shopping!

Lisa looked after me wonderfully as she always does….she always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs…I will keep shopping here as long as she is working there..Can’t say the same for the new pharmacist who is presently there…seems Lisa has to keep apologizing for his mistakes,which isn’t right…hopefully he won’t be there much longer or I will consider taking my business elsewhere…Rhea
I am a regular customer at Rexall Drugs in Kamloops, B.C. The clerks in all areas of the store are always friendly and helpful. In particular I was most impressed with Rubayeth. She is cheerful and appears to really enjoy her job. I always find that I leave the store in an upbeat mood after being served by her.

A comment on Monique at the 3402 Yonge Street store in Toronto…..I decided to get a BE Well card but knew it would be complicated to register it, and to get the right app on my phone. I am a senior so asked Monique who had just rung up my purchases if she could help me, as there were no other customers in line. It WAS complicated and she very patiently went through the whole set up with me. She was extremely pleasant and was very happy to help (and had a great smile!). I told the manager how great she was but wanted to pass it along to you as well.
