The contest begins on January 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM (ET) and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM (ET).

Monthly draws will occur as follows: entries for January will close on January 31, 2025, with the draw happening on February 10, 2025.

This schedule continues monthly, with the final draw for December entries taking place on January 8, 2026. Winners will be contacted by phone within seven business days of the draw date.

Promotion Entry Rules – Who can enter?

Eligibility is limited to legal residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

How do I enter the Shoppers Drug Mart Survey Giveaway

There are two ways to enter the contest.

For those making a purchase,

the receipt includes instructions to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey online at www.surveysdm.com (or www.pharmaprixsondage.com for Quebec) or by phone at 1-800-701-9163.

The survey must be completed within seven days of purchase.

For non-purchase entries,

participants can select the “Don’t have a receipt” option at the survey entry page and complete the same survey. All entries require participants to provide their full name, phone number, and acceptance of the contest rules.

Entry Limit – How Often can I enter?

Each survey completion earns one entry into the monthly draw. Participants completing optional additional survey questions online will earn an extra entry.

There is a maximum of five entries per person per month. Entries are only valid for the monthly draw period in which they are submitted and do not carry over.
