With a Purchase
- You must first have a valid store receipt from a recent trip or purchase at a Save on Foods store (as pictured above)
- Go to www.saveonfoods.com/survey here
- and fill out the details, select the date of your purchase, the store you have visited from the drop-down menu
- next, you are required to enter the information from your store receipt (the transaction code AND the lane number from your register receipt)
- Click submit to start your survey
Please note, to participate in the survey contest for a chance to win the monthly gift card prize make sure to complete the whole survey and then
- Enter your name, email, phone and complete the contest form.
- Click “Submit”
There is only one entry per person per day is allowed.
