- If your receipt contains an offer to participate in the 2020 PALCARES.com feedback sweepstakes

Never have problems with purchase and if this is not exactly what I thought I bought, it is easy to return. Also I like if I lose my bill , they can look it up with problem. Love the store. My go to place.

No matter when we shop at Princess auto on Ages in Ottawa there is a very special friendly professional employee by name JD who always is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of every item in the store and takes time to make sure you have all the locations of what you are looking for.
I HAD TO RETURN ITEMS I PURCHASED LAST WEEK AND HAD NO PROBLEMS IN DOING SO. DOROTHY WAS PLEASANT AND EVEN APOLIGIZED FOR ME HAVING TO DRIVE 65 KILOMETRES TO DO SO ALL PERSONEL WAS HELPFUL AND CARING. I`LL SHOP THERE AGAIN AND AGAIN TANK YOU.
We went to the princess auto store on 114 ave in Calgary as the internet said there were 4 tires #8774366 15” trailer tires. The clerk and I scoured the store for the 4 tires and we could not find them. How can you loose 4 tires.
Always ENJOY shopping at Princess Auto, friendly helpful staff, clean, well it store. Appreciate the extended store hours since I live 1 hour out of the city. My go to store for almost everything. Can’t wait to get the sale flyer in the mail. Thanks for being there Princess Auto.

I attended the Brandon Manitoba store to purchase specific items noted in your flyer October. 2021
Also was returning a product that was not working properly purchased about10 days prior to this visit. Firstly ,immediately as I approached the customer service desk Ashley came to my assistance and without hesitation offered to replace the return ,so I was able to replace it without cost.
On my list to purchase were 5 items with which James Ryland offered to help. He knew exactly where each item was situated and took me there it was a pleasant experienced . One of the items was larger than anticipated suggested smaller but similar product. It had been on sale previously and voila offered at the sale price. This is my store ,friendly staff ,clean environment and respectful of covid regulations including masks.

Staff at Red Deer store are but the last two times that i have gone for sale items the store does not have them anymore.Today was there an hour and half after store opened and the item i went for was gone. I will stop shopping at the store as never have items that is wanted

Staff was very helpful. I had misplaced a receipt for a previous purchase and for some reason your system could not find the purchase either but she was willing to offer me a return (on a gift card) at the lowest sale price. This was acceptable since I had misplaced the receipt and shouldn’t expect you to protect me.
