Prize Details
Post Foods Canada Inc. is giving away 10 fantastic prizes to cereal lovers!
Each prize winner will receive a Grand Prize, consisting of “groceries for a year”. Each prize will be awarded in form of a cheque,worth $10,400 CAD.
There are 1,097,920 unique PINs, therefore the chance of winning and the odds of receiving a prize are approximately 1:109,792.
Contest Dates
The Postconsumerbrands.ca/freegroceries For a Year contest begins on October 28, 2019 and will end on February 29, 2020 at 12:00 PM.
There are no draw dates during this sweepstake. Prizes will be awarded automatically (please see below)
Entry Rules
The Post Foods Free Groceries For A Year promotion is open to Canadian residents, excluding Quebec who are at least 18 years of age or older, who are at least the age of majority.

- you must first purchase ONE participating packages of Post Brand cereal. Look for boxes like the ones pictured above (they must carry the Free Groceries logo)
- Post Cereal boxes with the FREE Groceries For A Year Contest logo will each carry a unique pin code inside the box
- Locate the contest code inside your cereal box
- next visit the Post Cereal giveaway page at www.postconsumerbrands.ca/freegroceries
- and register on the site with your full name, address, phone number and email address
- then enter and submit your free pin code(s)
Each unique PIN may be used only once during the Contest Period. However you may enter this contest unlimited times with the purchase of participating Post Cereal boxes.
Here comes the best part! In this sweepstakes you don’t have to wait for a draw date. After you have submitted your code you will automatically see a message letting you know whether your PIN was a winning pin or not.
