The Pizza Pizza Survey contest is open to Canadian residents.
How To Participate in the 2020 Pizza Pizza Survey and Food Giveaway
- First, customers will have to make a purchase or place an order online at pizzapizza.ca
- every customer who has a valid Pizza Pizza receipt with a prize invitation qualifies to receive a free food item
- once you have your receipt, visit the promotion’s website at www.pizzapizzasurvey.ca
- next you will be asked to enter the special reference code and time of your visit, which can be found on your receipt.
- every Pizza Pizza survey code is unique and may only be entered once to take the survey
- click submit
- and you will be directed to the survey form
- honestly answer the questions by selecting the checkboxes that will ask you about Restaurant cleanliness, service, Pizza seelection, product freshness and more
Finally, once you have finished your survey you will be issued a survey completion code.
Write this code onto your Pizza Pizza receipt to receive your free item on your next visit.
A purchase of $9.95 (or more) may be required to receive the free food item.

Ordered pizza and wings in afternoon at your store at 1001 Fennel Ave., Hamilton for delivery at 7.30 PM. No pizza at 8 PM so after many attempts at phoning and long wait, was told it was “on the way”.
20 mins. later (a 5 min. trip) it arrived – not hot – “warm” at best.
Product was otherwise OK.
