Contest dates

The Petro-Canada.ca/HeroPetro Guest Satisfaction Contest runs from January 1 through December 31, 2021.

The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on the following dates:

    Entry Rules

The Petro‑Canada 2021 Guest Satisfaction Contest is open to all residents of Canada.

You must have reached the age of majority in your province of residence to participate.

By making a purchase:

There are two ways to participate in the Petro‑Canada 2021 Guest Satisfaction Contest

1. You will receive a Survey Response Invitation on your Petro‑Canada purchase receipt
2. Go to www.Petro-Canada.ca/Hero or www.yourfeedback.to/petro-canada
3. Choose your preferred language and click “NEXT”
4. Proceed and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the required information and complete the survey form

Without making a purchase:

• On a plain 3″ x 5″⁣ piece of paper, handprint your name, address, email address, postal code, phone number with your signature.
• Mail it to: Petro‑Canada Guest Satisfaction Contest, c/o In-Touch Insight Systems, 400 March Road, Ottawa, ON K2K 3H4.

Tips to save more at Petro Canada

If you’re going to fill up at Petro Canada – especially if you fill up regularly – you will want to sign up for the Petro Points rewards club. This loyalty club is free to join and you can do so by enrolling right at a Petro Canada station, calling 1-800-668-0220 between 8am and 8pm eastern, or by signing up online. A special note on signing up – check the online option first because they sometimes have promotions where you get bonus points for online sign up! You’ll find more information on signing up here.

Once you’re a member you can earn points on your purchases. Swipe your card any time you make a purchase at Petro Canada and you’ll earn 20 points per $1 on convenience store and car wash purchases, 10 points per litre on SuperClean, Ultra 84 or Diesel fuel, 7 points per litre on PlusClean fuel and 5 points per litre on RegularClean fuel. Even better, the more you buy the more points you get because you’ll earn an extra 750 points if you buy 150-249 litres in a month, or an extra 1000 points if you buy more than 250 litres in a month.
