Each Prize consists $100 gift card to Olive Garden (Darden Restaurants)
The Olivegardensurvey.com Sweepstakes runs from August 31 through December 9, 2020.
The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on the following dates:

You must have reached the age of majority in your province or state of residence to participate.

- Dine in at Olive Garden Restaruant, order take or delivery and keep your receipt
- then go to www.olivegardensurvey.com
- Enter the Olive Garden Restaurant ID number located in the center of your Olive Garden receipt and click “Start”
- you will be asked to rate the Olive Garden dining experience by following the on-screen instructions to answer the survey form and complete the entry process.
OR
- On a piece of paper, handprint your full name, complete address, telephone number (including area code), and age.
