You must be the age of majority in your province of residence to participate. 

To participate in the Contest 

There are two ways to enter the giveaway..

For the first one

1. Buy Nature Valley bars and products including Crunchy Oats “N” Honey 15ct, Sweet & Salty Peanut 15ct, Sweet & Salty Dark Chocolate 15ct or Protein XL Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate 420 g 7ct in one transaction
2. take a photo of your receipt that shows your Nature valley bars purchase
3. next visit the giveaway page at www.stepuptowin.ca
4. there click the enter button
5. and on the next page fill out the form with your name and mailing address
6. then upload your photo showing the purchase receipt
7. enter the giveaway

To collect more entries you may upload additional receipts. You are allowed one receipt upload per household per day.

As well as more qualifying product include the General Mills Cheerios and Larabar Brands.
