National Trust for Canada is asking Canadians to share their favourite Canadian historic place in this new photo contest.
Visit the historicplacesday.ca/contests promotions site and upload a picture for a chance to win a total of $2000 in support of Canada Historic Places Days.

Prize Details
National Trust for Canada is giving away one grand prize $1000 for the winner and another $1000 for the Historic site they tagged.
There are also several runner up prizes to be won.
Every Runner Up Prize Draws during the Historic Places Days contest one to two people will receive one of the following
- 20 $500 VIA Rail Passes;
- 10 Parks Canada Passes;
- 8 Canada’s History Subscriptions;
- 8 National Geographic Guides;
- 8 Canadian Geographic Magazine Subscriptions; and
- 4 National Trust Memberships.

Entry Rules
The HistoricPlacesDay Selfie Contest is open to Canadian residents.
You must have reached the age of majority in your province of residence to participate.
To participate in the Historic Places Days Photo Contest
To participate in the Historic Places Days contest go to the promotions page at www.historicplacesdays.ca to check out the participating historic locations by clicking “VIEW PARTICIPATING PLACES” button featured on the online “Places” page,
You may then visit one of the suggested places and take a selfie showing of yourself.
Next post your masterpiece on social media with
the hashtags #HistoricPlacesDays and, #HPDContest2023
tag the historic place, and tag and follow @nationaltrustca.
