SpartanNash is giving away THIRTY Prizes per month.
The Thirty Prizes, each consists of a SpartanNash $100 store gift cards.
The SpartanNash Mygroceryfeedback.com Giveaway runs from January 1 through December 31, 2020.
The Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about the 1st day of each month from February 1 through January 1, 2021, will be notified via email or phone and MUST respond within 10 days.
The SpartanNash Guest Experience Grocery Giveaway Contest is open to residents of the U.S.A and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida, Rhode Island and wherever prohibited by law).
You must be 18 years of age and older to participate.
To participate in the SpartanNash Guest Experience Grocery Giveaway Contest
- Shop at onle of the participating SpartanNash stores
- check your store receipt for a survey code and invitation to the feedback sweepstakes
- if you have a code, go to the official survey site at www.Mygroceryfeedback.com
- Enter the survey code from your receipt and click “Start”
- Proceed and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the entry process.
Remember to complete the whole SpartanNash Feedback survey and in the end you will have the chance to submit your name and address to be entered into the monthly SpartanNash gift card draws
