Entry Rules

The 2020/2021 Metro Ontario Survey Contest is open to residents of Ontario who are the age of 18 years or older.

Metro Customers will receive a special survey invitation via their store receipt.

If you made a purchase at Metro stores recently, check your receipt for a special survey code.

However, a purchase is not required, anyone may enter at www.metrosurvey.ca here

How to get started with the Metro Survey,

1.  go to the customer satisfaction page at www.Metrosurvey.ca
2. select a city first
3. then select your store
4. and enter the date of your last Metro store visit
5. next click submit

This is where the actual Metro Store survey begins.

You will now be asked to rate your shopping experience Metro, using a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is Not at all satisfied and 10 means Very satisfied:

Your overall satisfaction based on your most recent visit with your Metro store, The probability you would recommend this Metro store to your friends, your family or your colleagues:

Then there are more ratings required, ranging from do you strongly agree or strongly disagree with statements like these:

• Employees were knowledgeable
• The store was clean and neat
• Checkout at the cash was efficient
• It was easy to walk the aisles
• and more

Once you have completed all the survey questions, make sure to enter your name and address so you can be entered into the draw.
