Three grand prize winners will each receive a free groceries for a year prize.

The grand prize is valued at $13,000 CDN each. EAch winner will receive a cheque in the amount of $13,000.

legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence

How to enter the Maple Leaf Natural Top Dogs Promotion

There are two ways to participate in the Maple Leaf contest

With a purchase:

1. Buy participating Maple Leaf Natural Top Dogs or Maple Leaf wieners product(s) (from April 19th, 2021 – May 26th, 2021)
2. then take a photo of your store receipt with your phone
3. next, go to MapleLeaf.ca/Promotions and upload your photo
4. complete the form with your name and address
5. and click send
6. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
7. Once the receipt has been approved ( about 48 hours), you will receive a confirmation email
8. now you can register and complete the contest form
