How to enter the Indigo Feedback Giveaway
To access the survey site visit www.indigo.ca or indigofeedback.com and before you get started with your feedback, enter your city or postal code and choose the location of your visit from the store locator map.
Next, there are two ways to enter the survey sweepstakes. Select from the following :
- Made a purchase (This contest requires a valid store receipt)
- or Enter without purchase.
I have tried both entries and the questions for the survey seem identical.
Let Chapter’s know what brought you in during your last shopping trip and share your experience for a chance to win gift cards.
- First, you will be asked about the purpose of your visit
- and the date and time
- Then Chapters want you to rate from 1 to 10 (highest) how likely you are to recommend this Indigo store to a friend or colleague.
- next, share if you are a member of one of the loyalty programs like Chapter’s Plum rewards
- Now rate your overall store experience
- After you enter your email address
- and click submit, you are automatically entered to win

I shopped at the Indigo/Chapters store in Peterborough this morning and had amazing assistance from the following staff: Tracy, Nadine, Barb and Sean.
I was in Peterborough this morning dropping off a client at the Hospital for dialysis treatment. I had four hours to fill so I decided to visit the Indigo/Chapters store.
Chapters in Sudbury is always so well organized and a joy to shop
My comment is the saleslady was very helpful with what I wanted
I just went to the Coles bookstore today. And the store was organized. It was easy to find the books I was looking for. When I went to go pay the cashier people were super nice and kind. While I was there I got signed up for the points card thing.
