Prize Details:

Imperial Oil is giving away 100,000 Price Privilege Cards and 100,000 $25 Esso/ Mobil e-Gift Cards.

Healthcarehero.ca Promotion Dates:

The Imperial Oil Hero — Front Line Health Care Worker Campaign runs from March 16 through March 31, 2021.

Nominator will be eligible to receive one Price Privileges Card after completing a nomination form, and will be notified by email to receive a Price Privilege Card, redeemable through the Speedpass+ app.

Nominees will be eligible to receive one $25 Ess / Mobil Promotional Gift Card by completing an application form after being nominated at www.healthcarehero.ca.

Contest Entry Rules:

The Imperial Oil Hero — Front Line Health Care Worker Campaign is open to Canadian residents who meet the following criteria:

• Nominator, must have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.
• Nominees, must be a nurse, doctor, paramedic, hospital staff (including cleaning staff), or other front-line health care workers; and must have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.

How to enter the Health Care Hero Contest

• Follow the on-screen instructions to fill out all the required information and nominate a front-line health care workers; then submit your entry.

Nominators can submit up to 3 nomination forms but will only be eligible to receive 1 Price Privileges Card.
