The customer feedback sweepstakes runs from October 31, 2022 through January 27, 2023
The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing and will be notified via email or phone and MUST respond within the date indicated in the notification.
Entry Rules
The Home Depot Customer Satisfaction Sweepstakes is open to residents of Canada and the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, the U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam (excluding Puerto Rico).
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

There are two ways to participate in the Home Depot Canada 2022 Satisfaction Sweepstakes
Via Online:
- Make a purchase (return or exchange) at your local Home Depot store and retain your receipt
- Look for the unique user ID and password located on a receipt
- Within 14 days after your purchase, go to the promotion’s website at www.homedepot.com/survey or www.homedepot.com/opinion
- Choose your language > English, French or Espanol
- and click “Begin Survey”
- Proceed and follow the instructions to complete the entry process.

The extremely nice lady by the name of Claire O was so very helpful with our huge purchase of a hard top gazebo we were so please by her service and courteous. She was very professional and polite. I correctly keyed in my user id and password printed on my receipt, and was told it was incorrect. I usually shop at Lowes , because I find the service is better , but decided to give Home Depo a second chance and this is what happens…. purchased a bbq and were left to load it in the back of our truck ourselves… we are seniors , and thanks to two gentlemen who were not employees of the store saw us they were kind enough to help. So my opinion of home depo hasn’t changed….
I gave a bunch of kudos for my visit but the survey froze when I was almost finished.
Even though I have a valid ID and password, the system tells me either of them is not valid. i purchased a washing machine at the Queensway store today and the information inputed is from my sales receipt. I just wanted to say what a wonderful young lady assisted me with my purchase today. Wish there were more sales persons like her in every store

Is this contest over I have been unable to enter. Also have a complaint re ordering on line feb 15 what a joke it took 1 hr to try and order a1100. 00 for wallboard. about 2 hrs later A call came i to tell me to try again in another hour. Apparently they were up grading the system. To bad the staff didn’t know. What a waste of my time I am very disappointed about the service

It is always a great experience when shopping at the The Brockville Home Depot Store # 7085. The gentleman at the paint centre was a great help when I was looking for some spray paint to paint the mural in my babies nursery and when checking out Judy at the cash was very pleasant to deal with…

When I need something, I always go to the Home Depot and I know that is there. These time I need a paint, some tools, and whatever goes with that. Employer are very friendly, they help me a lot with suggestion. Thank You Home Depot!
We often shop at Home Depot on Wonderland Rd in London. The customer service is excellent and the staff very helpful.

My husband and I had a great experience when buying our new refrigerator. Richard was a very knowledgeable about the product, extremely friendly, helpful and refreshingly honest. We were surprised to hear that he was the one who also helped our daughter when she and her husband bought a freezer from him a few days before. We were both so impressed by him that we wanted to tell of our experience and it turned out we were talking about the same salesperson. The service at this store is always good. The store is clean and well organized. We are always happy to return there.

Needed a wooden handled steel brush, had a staff member to find it, she looked till she found it. Not a big item but she impressed me with her willingness to help.
Decided I was going to repaint my kitchen countertop to match my back splash. Because there were metallics in the back splash, Jan in paint couldn’t colour match from the computer but even though she was busy and hadn’t had her break yet, she took the time to help us. She was a great help since there were so many colours to choose from and I didn’t know where to start. The project turned out great with the colours I had hoped for. All for affordable price. Thank you Home Depot.

My favorite place to shop, always get everything i need at a great price, even if its out of stock, the store gets items back very quickly. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I already have my very own helper Luca, and my favorite cashiers : Megan, Rosemarie always serve you with a smile and gives you full attention.

Great place to shop. Prices are good. Store is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only place I could find a sink plug for my bathroom that does not leak. I got the same size at home hardware and it leakss.
Today I visited the garden center at the Home Depot at 1983 Kipling Ave, Etobicoke. Even thought it was a very busy day at this store, I must thanks for the help from both Val and Velda. Val took the time to accompany me to the back of the garden center to find the soil I wanted. Velda was very patient with at the cash register. Thanks
