FreshCo Canada is giving away monthly gift card prizes.
The prizes may vary by province and you can find details on your store receipt.
My current store (Ontario) is offering one prize per month.
Each winner will receive a $500 FrehCo gift card. Gift cards may be redeemed at any FreshCo grocery store.
Freshco Survey Contest Dates
The Freshco.com/MyFreshco Experience Contest is ongoing, with new draws for every contest period.
The Contest runs from February 4, 2024 and ends on May 4, 2024
Please check your receipt, as it may contain different contest end dates and rules, depending on your province.
The FreshCo feedback contest is available at select stores and cities and you may have to check your receipt and see if it contains a survey participation code. I noticed a code on my Freshco receipt today.
A random draw will be held monthly during the contest periods.
If you are chosen as a winner, you will be contacted within fourteen days of the draw via phone or email.
If you did not give your telephone number or email address you are not eligible to win a prize.

So, if you like to shop at Freshco, here is your chance to give your input, make suggestions and maybe applaud a special store employee for a job well done!
To participate, you must purchase at FreshCo stores, as a survey code is needed to enter the contest. Follow these steps to participate
- Get your Freshco receipt ready and visit the promotions page at www.Freshco.com/MyFreshco
- to get started, select your preferred language, English or Français
- Click next
- Use the dropdown menu and select the store number of the FreshCo store you visited ( as seen on your FreshCo receipt
- enter the FreshCo store number and confirm the address location.
- then give your transaction number, date of your most recent visit (receipt)
- you can now begin with the survey by selection the answers via checkboxes
- follow the questions and share your feedback about your latest trip to Freshco stores, their selection, store cleanliness and product availability.
- Finally, complete the survey by giving your valid phone number or email address so you can be contacted in case you win a prize

Here is a little bit of trivia for you. if you have been shopping at FreshCo as long as I have, you may actually remember the store used to be called “Price Chopper”.
Sobeys as FreshCo. rebranded the name in 2010 to FreshCo. Some customers seem less than happy, as they flooded the head office with calls and complaints. Personally, I thought Price Chopper had a nice ring to it, but then again, anything with the word “Fresh” in it sounds pretty good too!
Also for those of you wondering, Does FreshCo offer delivery of groceries?, they currently do not (at the time of this posting.) You may, however, order grocery pick-up. For this service call, your store between 7 a.m. – 10 a.m. and your order will be ready in the afternoon.
I am so impressed with the produce section of Freshco, & specials & savings in the meat section, the whole store is a treat to be in, the staff are the happiest people, mustmbe a great store to work for,

I love how the store has more international goods in the store. I do not have to go far from the city as everything I do need is available under one roof. customer service is really fast.
Freshco has great prices I also love that you can now collect scene points and the staff in oshawa on Wentworth are fast and nice 😀 defiantly one of my favourite stores to go to 😀

I shop at the Newton, Surrey branch (Vancouver) on a regular basis. What I have observed, missing price tags, keeping original price tags instead of the lower sale price tags. This causes confusion and the customer just walks away. You can’t find anyone to help! It is Fresh CO’s lost !! The vegetable section is always dirty, vegetables spilled on the floor and customers tracking them all over the store. Just because prices are affordable, cleanliness should not be sacrificed! The area where shopping carts are stored in the store enclosure entrance is always dirty. Some staff members are unwilling to help. I still shop there because of variety, pricing and some of their policies. It seems to me that the store owner, or Manager or a supervisor do not care and or just ignore the conditions. You should do better.

The Peterborough location has friendly staff and great service.
Were new to Chilliwack… been going to Freshco for about 5 months… and in that time ive been OVER CHARGED half a dozen times… bought expired noodle soup and now ROTTEN chicken!!!!! Store manager basically said sorry…. and we investigate everything…. REALLY!!!!! Floor staff excellent….!!!!
Freshco in Ontario is garbage too! Only canned and preserved food from there for me now. Get most of my meat straight from the butcher now. Costs more but never a bad meal.
Friendly staff,clean store, produce fresh, great selection of products and good price.Enjoy this store in Welland. One thing that would be great is if could use points card like Shoppers Drug Mart and No Frills.

I went freshco after long time bcs my last visit not a good experience so i stop shopping there but today i went freshco again and i am really satisfied .cashier hang very friendly and pleasant .bcs of her i feel like to shop again freshco.

I do like Freshco. What I don’t like is when I have a large amount of groceries, I must pack the groceries myself. I found myself saying sorry for holding up the line while the cashier stood there watching me packing my purchase. Also contest is hard to enter.
The cheap and best items and also helps to deal with the every type of purchase over there without any problem of finding difficulty.I always prefer to purchase from there.
went shopping got overcharged and it took 3 differint works to get the sign meanwhile waiting waiting and i was correct but they dint follow code of practice
I live in a small town. we can choose between freshco or save-on. freshco generally has better prices and fresher produce. however I DO WISH you’d carry more european (specifically dutch) products, as we have a large dutch population 🙂
Cashiers need to be retrained!!!! Been going to Chilliwack location for 3 months… and everytime my receipt is WRONG!!! Either wrong price or entering the wrong code…. spoke to several managers… all named sean or shaun… and I dont who lies more??!!….. I will NOT shop there at all!!!!

I have been going to FRESCO so long I am on first name relationship with the Sales staff and always receive a friendly smile. This makes all the difference.

Great place to go get my groceries. I have never had a problem with going there . I don’t think I would change anything because I have never had a problem at all .I will tell everyone to go there great deals all the time love it 😀

I like the prices and the products but lots of the produce looks old and wilted. The staff is nice and the pharmacy is awesome. When they run out of some things they don’t offer rain checks which would be nice to have.
Terrible…Terrible service by FRESHCO- 720 Westmount Road, Kitchener. At billing counter, She (Emily) was throwing the things after scanning. Quit the job if you dont like it but do not throw the things what customer bought. We are working very hard to purchase our grocery. FRESHCO needs to held the training for such employees. Educate them please !
Love love the service at Freshco on Landsdowne in Peterborough. Everything as far as aisles wide enough, COVID savvy, plenty of staff available products available etc. There was ONE BIG negative. This was only the area where the FRESH vegetables are. I touched the upper shelf by mistake and felt this slimy brown stuff come off on my hand. Lifted the sign and could not get over what I saw. Along the complete upper shelf where the brown material that stops sliding was about 1/2 inch thick of accumulated slime. The sprayer came on and I watched this slime transfer onto the vegetables below. So very disappointed because that was my main reason for going.
Well, there was no code on my receipt so I couldn’t enter that. However my husband and I are seniors who live a few blocks from the Wyandotte and Frank Freshco, Windsor Ont. Its so convenient for us to shop there and we find it fills our needs completely. The cashiers are very friendly and offer help to me as I am due for surgery soon and have to use a mobility aid. I was at the bells Corner store where 3 cashiers were busy airing their greivences with each other, not even greeting the customer. The whole time I was there they just unloaded their problems to each other. I felt like I was at a staff meeting, not doing my grocery shopping. In my time, Staff at my place of empoyment would never behave like that, if they would they would not last for long.
Your store is my preferred place to do my grocery shopping.I can be in and out with no long wait at checkout.
You have very courtious employees who appear to be well trained and helpful .

i cant go thru your survey in the computer or online, having a hard time as a 71 yr old woman. because I want to win even a grocery items, so that i can send it to my poor family in Philippines. Iused to shop there as Safeway but they change it to Freshco and I love your vegies, all fresh except the fish.

I am a Filipina and I love Freshco because they sell Asian foods.They also sell fresh meats,veggies and fruits and their customer service is good because they have nice stuffs unlike other stores that their employees are rude.

Customer service was terrible . 3 cashiers standing at till , when asked for help they all seemed to run away. when asked another employee if they had a product that was on sale they just pointed . I said there is none left and asked if there was any more. they walked away , thinking they went to check. NOPE never came back. Terrible Customer Service.

I love shopping at Freshco because of the friendly atmosphere , and the great savings. I love the fact that Freshco set time for seniors to shop first in the mornings . I am from the Caribbean and I can get some of the produce that I need at the store near me , preventing from driving far to get them . Freshco is a very nice to shop.

Only complaint is product rotation especially perishables ie:salads and bags for produce not easily accessible.
Refreshing to shop at a store that gives you good value for the money that was spent. Easy parking. Was greeted at the door and informed what coin was needed for the cart. I did use the washroom facility . the floor could have a shine on them and someone could check for paper on floor and cleanliness of toilet.
