Food Basics is giving away 12 prizes in total.
One winner per month will be selected to receive a $1,000 grocery gift cards.
The gift cards are valid at all participating Food Basics and metro stores in Ontario, Canada.
Foodbasicsfeedback.com Survey Dates
The Foodbasicsfeedback.com Survey Contest runs from September 27, 2020 through September 25, 2021.
One winner will be selected in a random drawing each month starting on November 2020 until October 2021, will be notified via email or phone and MUST respond within 5 days.
As mentioned above, there will be monthly entry and prize periods and the dates are as follows:
Each contest period runs from the first to the last of the month and a draw is placed within 7 days of the end of each contest month. One random winner will be selected on the following dates:
The winners will be contacted via phone or email, within five business days of the draw and must respond to claim their prize.
Entry Rules
The 2020/2021 “Food Basics Survey Contest is open to all residents of the Province of Ontario, Canada who have reached the age of 18 years old at the time he/she enters the Contest.
How to enter the Foodbasics Feedback Contest
There are two ways to participate in the Food Basics survey.
With a Survey Access Code. To qualify for the survey contest you must first visit and make a purchase at your Food Basics store in Ontario.
Keep your store receipt and visit the website at www.foodbasicsfeedback.com within 7 days of your purchase.
There you must enter the Survey Access Code and follow the instructions to complete the survey.
Without a Survey Access Code.
If you happen to have misplaced your store receipt and access code, you can still participate in the feedback sweepstakes. Simply visit www.foodbasicsfeedback.com and choose your city and nearest Food Basics store from the dropdown menu of cities. Then, follow the provided instructions to complete a brief survey.
You may enter the Food Basics Feedback contest four times per person per monthly entry period.
Please remember to must complete the whole survey and enter your name, address, email and phone number to qualify for the monthly draw.

As a Food Basics shopper, you’ve probably heard about the store’s motto “Always More For Less” Food Basics carries a whole range of groceries, pantry staples, and even ethnic specialty foods, kosher and organic products in stores.
Despite such a variety of selections Food Basics is known to keep their prices low. They achieve this by keeping store decor, product presentation, and staff to a minimum.
Here is another interesting fact you may not know, the Food Basics grocery chain is owned by Metro Ontario and has some 130+ stores located across Ontario. This means that the great Food Basics cash giveaway is just happening in Ontario.
I shop at Food Basics on a weekly basis. The sales are great and the prices very reasonable.
For example, today I spent $40 approximately on groceries and saved $11. I was able to buy expensive items such as lactose free milk (four litres) and a large brick of cheese.
I find that there are numerous cashiers and so you do not have to stand in line for any length of time as other grocery stores. I was also able to obtain cash which saved me going to the bank and purchase a lotto ticket. I also noticed that pharmaceutical products are priced so it is competitive to other places where you usually might pick up at item because of the convenience.
I always make a point to stop at Food Basics when I’m in Cornwall because they carry quite a few things that I like at a better price. Also their sales are worth stopping for.
