There are 14 Prizes to be won each consisting of a Food Basics gift card, valued at $888 each

The Food Basics Contest begins on February 15th, 2024 and ends on March 12th, 2024 Time: 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) (in stores)
or March 13th, 2024 Time: 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) (online)
Promotion Entry Rules:
> The Food Basics Contest is open to residents of the province of Quebec and Ontario who have reached the legal age of majority on the date of entry
How to enter the Food Basics Selection Contest
You may participate in the Food Basics promotions with a purchase as follows:
Buy two participating products from the Food Basics store brands Selection (Selection, Selection Premium, Selection Eco).
You will receive a unique entry code on your store receipt upon purchase.
For online purchases, the participation code will be sent via email following the delivery of the order.
To enter the contest, must then visit www.selection-event.ca and complete the form, including the unique participation code and other required information such as last name, first name, telephone number, and email address.
No purchase option
For a free, no-purchase entry, you can send a handwritten and original letter of at least 50 words explaining why they would like to receive the prize, along with their name, first name, full address including postal code, telephone number, and email address, to Customer Care, 11011, Maurice-Duplessis Blvd, Montreal (Quebec), H1C 1V6,
Bonus entries
Additional chances to participate include subscribing to their banner newsletters.
Entry Limits
There is a limit of three transactions per day, both in-store and online combined, regardless of the number of participating products purchased.
Participants may receive one additional chance to enter the Contest by subscribing to electronic communications.
Only one request for participation without purchase per person and per envelope sufficiently stamped is allowed. Each letter must contain different text.
In total, a limit of fiveletters will be eligible for those who participate only through the non-purchase entry process.

This would be the BEST trip ever for myself and 3 sisters who have went away for 7 days in the summer since 2013. This would actually top our first trip to Nashville in 2013 and our other best trip to Newfoundland in 2017. Or it would make a nice trip for my husband & I 40th wedding anniversary. I enjoy shopping at Food Basics or Metro if I’m down in Cambridge. Great deals & friendly staff as well as clean stores.
