The Ten Prizes, each consists of a Five Guys Gift Cards worth $25 CAD.

The Five Guys contest is now ongoing.
The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on the tenth day of the month following the end of each month, will be notified via email and MUST respond within 10 days.
Entry Rules
The Five Guys Canadian Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest is open to Canadian residents.
You must have reached the age of majority in your province of residence to participate.
How to enter the Five Guys Canadian Customer Satisfaction Survey Contest
There are two ways to participate:
Via Online:
- You will receive a specially-marked cash register receipt at a participating Five Guys restaurant on your purchase during the contest period.
- Go to www.fiveguys.ca (Canada) or www.Fiveguys.com (USA)
- Enter the store number, date of visit, trans seq. no. and click “Start Survey”
- Proceed and follow the on-screen instructions to fulfill the survey and complete the entry process.
Via Postal Mail:
- On a 3” x 5” card, hand print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and birth date
- Mail it to: Five Guys “Canadian Customer Satisfaction Survey” Contest
- Entry, 17-7000 McLeod Road, Unit 135, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 7K3.
