• Log-in or Crete an account.
• Once Logged-in, proceed and follow the on-screen instructions
• go to the products page where the purchased item is shown
• then select the item(s) you wish to rate
• write and submit a review of the cleo product.

• On an 8.5″ X 11″ piece of paper, hand-print your full name, address, city, province or territory, postal code, and telephone number.
