The Body Shop Canada Shop “Survey Contest details:

To enter this Body Shop sweepstake, you must make a purchase and have a valid store receipt. Then visit the feedback site at http://www.thebodyshop.ca/opinion and complete the online survey. You will be asked to share your opinion on your latest shopping experience at The Body Shop.

I have a Love Your Body rewards card, and since I am shopping at TheBody Shop once per month, I don’t mind doing this quick survey for a chance to win some cash prizes!

Prizes: There are 8 prizes available. One prize will be awarded each month. The Grand prize  is a $200 The Body Shop gift card.

Dates: begins on May 12, 2015, and ends at 11:59p.m. EST on December 31, 2015
Open to residents of Canada, 19 years of age or older to participate, (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec)

Entry limit – you may complete multiple surveys per month, but only one will count for draw/per month
