The Big Lots Guest Experience Survey Sweepstakes is opento residents of the fifty United States, and the District of Columbia.

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

To participate in the Big Lots Guest Experience Survey Sweepstakes

1. Purchase at a participating Big Lots store to receive a specially-marked cash register receipt
2. Go to www.Biglots.com/survey and select your language
3. Click next and then enter the details found on the top of your Big Lots receipt including the unique 3 digit Register Number, 4 digit Transaction Number, Big Lots Store Number, and the date of your visit
4. then follow the on-screen instructions to fill out all required information and complete the survey.

You may participate by mail.

• On a 3” x 5” card, hand print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and birth date
