The Three Prizes, each consisting of one Best Buy Canada Gift Card worth $1,000 CAD. The total value for all the prizes is $3000 CAD.

The Best Buy Canada Customer Experience Sweepstakes runs from October 1 through December 31, 2022

The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on the 15th of the month following the Sweepstakes Period, will be notified via email and MUST respond within 48 hours.

  The BestBuy Canada Customer Experience Sweepstakes is open to Canadian residents.

You must have reached the age of majority in your province of residence to participate.

How to Participate in the 2021 Best Buy Customer Experience Sweepstakes

There are two ways to enter the Best Buy Canada feedback promotion:

By making a purchase:

  1. Visit your local Best Buy stores and receive a receipt for any purchase made
  2. Most stores and locations will offer the chance to complete a customer survey to win prizes.
  3. Check your receipt for the invitation link and survey codes
  4. Then head to the promotions site (The URL will be something like www.BestBuyCanadacares.ca or www.bestbuy.ca/expressfeedback if you purchased prints)
  5. Next, you will be asked to enter the unique survey code, the date and time of your visit
  6. Click enter to start the survey
  7. A few quick question and answer pages will guide you through the feedback
  8. At the end, if you wish to enter the survey make sure to include correct name and address details

Via postal mail:

  • Go to www.bestbuycanadacares.ca (for in-store transactions) or www.bestbuy.ca/expressfeedback www.bestbuy.ca/commentaireexpress 
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the entry process
  • On a plain piece of paper, hand print your name, complete address including postal code, and email address,
  • Mail it to: Best Buy Customer Experience Sweepstakes, 8800 Glenlyon Parkway, Burnaby, BC, V5J 5K3.

  • I brought my computer in this morning as soon as the door opened. That is what Ahman the representative instructed me to do after I received a warning that my computer was locked and I had to call Microsoft immediately. Instead of calling their number I contacted Geek Squad as I have been instructed 2 years ago to do that if this ever happened. He was correct and the gentleman who was the only one at the counter at 11am acknowledged that I had done the right thing and no harm was done to my computer. He was so helpful and reassuring that I will continue to pay a monthly fee to the Geek Squad as long as I own a computer. I also purchased a SD card for my cell phone and that representative was also fabulous and installed it for me as well. Knowing I can depend on Best Buy is full assurance to me and where I intend to purchase all future electronic items in the future. The gal at the door was the one who me to complete this survey so you are 3 for 3.

  • Excellent service from employee Vineet from BestBuy Thunder Bay Ontario.Small problem I had with a older Apple IPad that was not charging.She went out of her way to find a solution to correct the problem.I was so happy she made my day .Thanks again Vineet…Carole Novak……

  • Besoin d’une nouvelle télé, ça fait des annees que je n’avais pas magasine ça; donc je ne savais pas ce que je voulais. Le vendeur David tout jeune m’a très bien servi, tout bien expliqué pourquoi ceci, c’est quoi ça: vraiment un bon service, beaucoup d’explications que j’avais besoin, il a pris tout le temps voulu et n’a jamais eu l’air tanné. Je ne pouvais demander mieux.

  • Great customer service. From the time I went through the door until I left I was treated right with help all along the way. The employees Zach, Lee and Ashley were superb and I couldn’t have asked for more.

  • For a Christmas gift, I purchased a Dash Cam online and went to the store for pick-up. Everything went smoothly. Unfortunately I had to return the gift after Christmas, but in doing so I had lost the receipt. I had also mistakenly deleted the email confirmation and receipt I received from Best Buy. I went to the store anyway to see if they would accept the return. (The store was located in Bayers Lake Halifax N.S.) Fortunately, I ran into an amazing girl working at the returns counter. Her name is Hema and she worked hard trying to find the original transaction on her computer. It was not easy. Checking the date of the transaction, my email address, credit/debit card used (I couldn’t remember the one I used) took time. Throughout, Hema was friendly, polite and determined to solve my problem. Needless to say she was successful, and I left the store very impressed by Hema. Someone who knows exactly what customer service means.

  • Great service in particular our sales rep YASHPREET – was great, efficient, friendly and very patient – we had to cancel our Geek Squad membership and get a new one – it took over 45 minutes waiting and dealing with them on. the phone – she was there the whole time – so accommodating.

  • Best Buy store # 9 Nanaimo B.C. Canada.,worst customer service I have ever received, anywhere. Purchased a new laptop and wanted data from old one downloaded. Was told it would be done in 1 or 2 days and would call us. After 6 days with no contact, drove to store (about 1 hour drive) and was told it had not been started. Asked geek squad supervisor (Dani) who was the person we originally dealt with about the 1/2 day service, she denied having told us, so I guess I am a liar!! The sales associate was fine and seemed to know what he was talking about and told us it should only take a day to install. My opinion of this store is that it is ok to purchase, but please stay away from their Geek Squad, go elsewhere. Will never again step into that store. BEWARE!!!!!
