You may enter daily with a purchase.

Entry Rules
The AIR MILES Cash In For Free Groceries with AIR MILES Cash Contest is open only to Canadian resident AIR MILES Collectors, who are 16 years of age or older.
To participate in the AIR MILES Free Groceries Contest
There are two ways ways to enter:
- Entry Option A with purchase
- buy your groceries at a participating store (Purchase must be made at Sobeys, Safeway, IGA, Thrifty Foods, Foodland and Participating CO-OPs stores)
- and during checkout ask the cashier to redeem 95 Cash Miles for $10 in free groceries.
- you will then receive the $10 free grocery reward PLUS one entry into the contest draw.
. You can enter to win up to a maximum of 250 times!
Entry Option B – NO PURCHASE
To enter the contest without making a purchase
- write a 50 words+ essay with the topic: What you would do with 85,000 Cash Miles and email it to [email protected]. Essays must be emailed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 10, 2021. Inclide your name, address and phone number
Only one entry per Collector Number per Day is allowed.
